Senate Repubicans today voted down the President's proposal to create jobs, after knocking down a bill that would have prevented the layoffs of thousands of teachers, cops, and firefighters.\
Obviously the only reason to do this is to try and cause enough harm to the country that the GOP can elect one of theirs to the presidency. That smells an awful lot like treason to me.
Hodie . . . I cannot figure out how the Teapublicans can stick together on vote after vote after vote . . . on legislation which they know is bringing suffering and want upon their constituents, and which clearly intends to harm the country at large for purely partisan political reasons. All that Democratic polticians seem to stick together on is when to surrender!

IAmWinner . . . every thinking person here knows that all you Republicans hate President Obama more than you love America. There is no denying it. Just come to terms with it and then . . . don't take it out on your kids or the dog.
Hoodie, they are too busy voting on making "In God We Trust" the offical motto of the Country again. I hope this foolishness comes back and bite them in the bootay in 2012. Sure, they have the teaparty vote on lock but hopefully the majority of Americans have had enough.
Well now we all know for certain - GOP Politics is much more important than the American People.
Baby . . . these dopes don't even make a pretense of pretending to serve their constituents anymore. They know that hardly anyone's paying attention and the big media companies aren't going to waste time on wonky political niceties. I mean really . . . John Bohner literally walked around the floor of Congress handed out bribes from lobbyists just before they voted a tobacco bill into law. Barely a peep from the networks or cable news.
