I started walking to work last summer - it is less than a mile. I was in such poor shape, it was hard to do, but I kept at it.
After a week or so, I started taking the "long way", adding a few extra blocks, and zigging.
When I got to work, I would retrace my steps using Google Maps to see how far I walked. Eventually, I was walking over three miles to work, and Google Maps was a good motivator.
I walk a route less than a mile most days now, but that was a great jump start. Now I swim a few days a week at the Well Springs, and feel better than I have in 20 years.
I am going to be heading out soon for Karoke tonight. I am sure they will honoring Lady Tee and I have been pleading with the dj to get Square biz for months. I will have a smile on my face if I can rock it tonight. If not, I will sing Lovergirl.
I get the impression that he wears the pants, but she tells him which pair. :-)

Michelle Obama (our darling first lady) Rocks but I have to admit, I like most of the first ladies and have found them all classy like Michelle. As a matter of fact, Laura Bush worse a red pant suit that I adored. I think she is a veryy attractive and classy lady. So is Michelle, of course.
I saw that BB. In fact, for updates on Michelle Obama's style I always refer to my "go to gay guys" who are brutally honest about Michelle's do and don'ts.

But I have always liked her. From what I hear, she is such a classy down to earth person.
