The police THUGS are out in force again! Tasering ANYONE - man or woman - for parking in a handicapped spot is way over the line. Pregnant women do not have a right to park in handicapped parking. The police are using tasers instead of their heads!! _ She was an ASS for tearing up the ticket - what an IDIOT but he should have shot out her tires to keep her from escaping - not taser her.

Question: So what if she tore up the ticket in front of the officer or when she got home? She would STILL pay the consquences of not paying the fine (suspended license, etc).

Was it a CRIME to drive away AFTER she got the ticket? Wsn't the officer done with her AFTER giving her the ticket?

Just wondering.

It helps if you have more of the story before commenting on it, and the DAILY MAIL is not considered a reliable source as they are a 'rag' magazine type website who generally tells the stories it writes with a lot of drama and not much detail. In this case it appears their story is not accurate as well.

An interesting note in one of the articles.....

The Supreme Court recently declined
to hear the appeal of a Seattle woman who, while pregnant, was shocked
with a Taser three times when she refused to get out of her car to sign a
ticket for speeding in a school zone.

I do not read any of left websites you quote - all untrustworthy.

As for DailyMail, they lean left for Obama but their other stories are very interesting and it is not a rag.

I did read - for the hell of it - that Chicago article about the preg woman. In her story she received the ticket and threw it on the ground and got in her car to drive away and the police told her she was under arrest. Not much differnce at all.

Loud mouth stupid woman.

Overly aggressive police.
