The actual figure is 0.34 percent. </p> <p>Fox News' Dick Morris <a href="http://mediamatters.org/blog/201004200001" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">fabricated conversations</a> he had with Bill Clinton to conjure up a conspiracy theory about Janet Reno threatening Clinton that she would "tell the truth" about Waco.
